About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Office Administrator to assist in preparing accurate estimates for House & Land and investment property projects. You will gather quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and help prepare contracts and documentation related to residential construction.

You will perform general office administration duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and filing. Additionally, you will keep track of and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and provide support and liaison with Construction Supervisors. Delivering excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth process for first-home buyers and investors is essential to this role.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • A keen interest or experience in the construction industry, particularly in first homes and investment properties
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Basic estimating skills or a willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
