Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our Macpac team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team and driving sales growth in our Brisbane DFO store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and drive customer engagement.
- Manage stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
- Provide ongoing comprehensive training to team members and drive floor sales.
- Collaborate with the wider Macpac team to achieve business objectives and drive company growth.
- Senior retail experience in a management position.
- Proven ability to lead by example and give the best customer service.
- An unmistakable talent and passion to provide a motivational, inspirational atmosphere for your team.
- Confidence to manage differing personalities in a team environment.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, store security, and basic financial reporting.
