We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Brisbane DFO. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement store business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and execute store plans and initiatives.
- Track and analyze store performance to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
- Manage training and development programs for sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Recruit, hire, and develop talent to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure effective execution of all performance management tools and processes.
- Proactively resolve consumer concerns and partner with the District Manager on elevated issues.
Requirements:
- Extensive retail management experience with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational objectives.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
