At DesignInc Sydney, we are seeking a talented Architectural Graduate to join our residential and mixed-use team. The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative group with opportunities to shape project outcomes.

We're looking for someone with 2–5 years' experience who is confident working across design, documentation phases. Strong Revit skills are essential, and Rhino experience is a big plus.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable pitching in across all stages of a project. A positive, team-first attitude is key.

Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in Architecture and 2+ years' industry experience
  • Proficiency in Revit (Rhino a bonus)
  • Strong design thinking and documentation skills
  • Clear communication and solid time management
