About Member Support Manager

The role combines sales expertise, exceptional customer service capability, and motivational leadership skills to develop a culture that inspires prospective members and ensures existing members continue their fitness journey.

The Opportunity

This challenging role involves leading a capable team to maximise membership growth through acquisition and retention, and creating a positive member experience that drives club visitation and engagement.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for achieving sales targets, overseeing front desk operations and setting best-in-class service standards within the club.

The role requires someone with proven sales and customer service experience, who can demonstrate a clear ability to hit KPIs. Previous experience of managing the customer journey to achieve successful customer outcomes is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the daily workflow of the MSC team to ensure the club reaches monthly sales targets
  2. Achieve individual monthly and annual sales targets to contribute to the success of the team
  3. Create a structure to ensure the MSC team achieves daily minimum performance criteria
  4. Assist with delivering sales training to develop the MSC team
  5. Achieve member retention and growth budgets on a monthly basis
  6. Support the Club and Regional Manager in developing initiatives to drive membership growth
  7. Support the Club Manager in developing the MSC fortnightly roster
About You:

We're looking for someone who can manage and mentor a team, with an understanding of customer retention strategies and metrics.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing customer journeys to achieve successful customer outcomes.
