Independent Living Support Assistant

We are seeking motivated individuals to support people in maintaining their independence and quality of life.
About the Roles:
- A minimum of 4 days availability per week is required, preferably Tuesday to Friday.
The Domestic Lifestyle Support Worker will assist clients who are elderly or living with a disability by helping them maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. Tasks will focus on domestic duties such as cleaning and home upkeep.
You will provide additional support with personal care, social support, in-home respite, and domestic assistance, enabling clients to maintain their independence.

To Be Successful You Will:
- Be positive, proactive, and demonstrate a can-do attitude.
- Hold a First Aid/CPR certificate and NDIS Worker Clearance (or be willing to obtain).
- Own a smartphone compatible with third-party apps.
- Be competent in basic computing tasks such as email access and online meetings.
Requirements for Success:
- Maintain the physical capacity to complete domestic duties.
- Cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support.
- Experience providing in-home care and support.
- A current unrestricted driver's license and use of your own vehicle to travel to client locations.
- Ability to provide personal care and support for mobility and transfers.
