Key Responsibilities:
As a Facility Operations Manager, your role will encompass:
Ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere through vigilant oversight. Upholding high standards of facility presentation and operational safety at all times. Guaranteeing adherence to workplace health and safety regulations, implementing thorough safety measures throughout the facility. Promoting a culture of outstanding customer service among team members and ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized.Ideal Candidate:
To excel in this position, you should possess:
Prior experience as a Facility Operations Manager with significant lifeguarding and/or supervisory experience. Flexibility to work varied hours to meet the operational demands of the facility. A current National Police Clearance. Necessary qualifications and certifications, including Pool Lifeguard, Group 1 Pool Operators Certificate, LIWA accreditation, and Provide First Aid Certificate.Benefits:
