Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill a Clinical Nurse Consultant Grade 1 position in the field of Chronic Cardiovascular Care.
Job Description- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to strategic planning within our health service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions
- Lead clinical teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance the delivery of healthcare services
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to cardiovascular care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Australia
- Minimum five years full-time equivalent postgraduate qualification experience
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated commitment to excellence in nursing practice
