The team is responsible for delivering exceptional service to a diverse range of customers, including small businesses, franchises, and large-scale corporate clients.

As a customer service specialist, you will support internal stakeholders with inquiries related to commercial business customers, ensuring seamless transactions and meeting operational objectives.

Your key responsibilities will include providing assistance in merchant maintenance activities, such as closures, upgrades, refunds, account changes, and other amendments.

In addition, you will provide superior levels of internal and external customer service, identify opportunities for process improvements, and contribute to reconciliations.

To be successful, you will have demonstrated knowledge and experience of complex products, strong customer service skills, and a strong work ethic.
