About This Role

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting elderly residents to various locations, ensuring their safe and enjoyable experience.

This is a part-time position that requires a commitment of 16 hours per week, split between two sites. You will need to work flexible hours, including after-hours events, and have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key aspects of this role include:

  • Picking up and dropping off residents from various locations, assisting with access and egress from the bus as needed.
  • Reviewing suitable venues in the community that meet the needs of our elderly residents.
  • Maintaining and cleaning the vehicle regularly, ensuring it remains in good condition.
What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience driving passenger vehicles.
  • A current Light Rigid (LR/MR) Licence.
  • A current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
