Support Elderly Customers in Their Own Homes

This is an opportunity to work as a Home Care Support Worker, providing vital support and assistance to elderly customers who require daily living help.

The goal of this role is to enable our elderly customers to remain independent and lead a fulfilling life by assisting with various tasks such as domestic support, meal preparation, personal care, and community access.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience supporting elderly individuals or groups required.
  • Cert III qualification in a relevant field essential.
  • A minimum of six months sector experience preferred but not essential.
  • A valid Australian driver's license is necessary for transporting between customer locations.
  • A reliable vehicle for transporting between customer locations is also required, with mileage paid.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate or willingness to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 and flu vaccinations also necessary.
