Visual Design Professional

We are seeking a talented Visual Design Professional to join our dynamic marketing team. As part of this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our brand position and digital presence.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing compelling graphics and visual content for various platforms, websites, EDMs, digital advertising, and print media. You will translate strategic direction into high-quality designs within an established brand identity.

  • Designing engaging visuals to boost engagement among our customers;
  • Creating high-quality video content for our digital screens;
  • Supporting our technical teams by creating visuals for client proposals and tenders;

Key Skills Required:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience as a professional graphic designer with a strong portfolio of high-quality designs across various platforms;
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and corporate identity;
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects);
  • Advanced video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools;
  • Familiarity with Word Press and content management systems;
  • Proficiency in photo-editing systems;
  • A creative mindset that thrives on innovation and thinking outside the box;
  • A proactive team player with exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude;
  • Strong time management abilities, ready to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment;
  • Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and evolving project requirements;
  • A genuine passion for art and design, with a desire to stay ahead of the latest trends;
