Acquisition Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end transaction management. This role is central to sourcing and delivering land and asset acquisitions that underpin future growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new development opportunities across Sydney and NSW, including greenfield sites, infill projects, and value-add assets.
  • Lead feasibility modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, legal negotiations, consultant engagement, and Board submissions.
  • Build detailed development feasibilities, cash flow models and business cases to inform investment decisions.
  • Leverage local networks of agents, landowners, consultants, and development partners to access on- and off-market opportunities.
  • Negotiate favourable outcomes meeting financial, strategic, and sustainability objectives.
  • Incorporate town planning, subdivision, and construction considerations into acquisition assessments.
  • Present acquisition opportunities to the Investment Committee and Board for approval.
About You:
  • You are a commercially minded property professional with a strong track record in real estate transactions and development acquisitions.
  • You bring 7+ years' post-graduate experience in Sydney's real estate market, with deep local knowledge and established relationships.
  • You have advanced skills in feasibility modelling, valuation, and financial analysis (Excel, Estate Master or similar).
  • You have a strong understanding of development documentation, town planning, and subdivision processes.
