Business Development Manager in Plastics

We are seeking an accomplished and driven professional to lead a high-performing business unit in the Plastics industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Performance Leadership: Inspire and motivate a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets, driving both new customer acquisition and increased revenue from existing accounts.
- Team Supervision: Manage, coach, and develop the sales team to optimize performance.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
- New Business Pursuit: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, guiding your team to target potential customers and expand the company's market presence.
- Customer Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with the Plastics industry and its trends.
