As part of this historic initiative, we are seeking a highly skilled Plant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of surface and mobile plant across multiple civil work fronts.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to make a lasting impact on the project's success and contribute to the development of a world-class infrastructure.

About the Role
  • To lead and manage a team of plant professionals, providing expert technical input into mobile plant capabilities, performance, and optimisation.
  • To develop and implement plant allocation strategies that meet project requirements, ensuring efficiency and reliability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • To drive compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • To collaborate with construction managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of plant resources and achieve outstanding project outcomes.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in a Plant Manager or Senior Plant Operations role within major civil or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of mobile plant operations, maintenance, and performance optimisation, with expertise in bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, and structural civil works.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build capability and foster collaboration among team members.
  • High-level planning, scheduling, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
