Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the business, representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct open homes for high-end properties, showcasing their features and benefits to potential tenants.
  • Liaise with prospective tenants and landlords to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Process applications, verifying tenant information and conducting credit checks as necessary.
  • Source the most suitable tenants for clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process.
  • Manage your own day, prioritizing tasks and appointments to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
  • Hold a certificate of registration as a Real Estate Agent.
  • Have experience in real estate, although impressive entry-level candidates will be considered.
  • Hold a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Be highly organized, with excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Be able to work autonomously, with a high level of attention to detail and customer service.
  • Be a strong team player, willing to offer support and assistance when needed.
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain new relationships.
