About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Leasing Executive to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our property development team, you will be responsible for leasing directly, working across both new and renewable tenancies in our shopping centre portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lease directly, negotiating with tenants to secure new and renew existing leases
  • Identify opportunities to add value to our shopping centre portfolio
  • Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize commercial returns
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with centre teams and tenants
Requirements
  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of success in leasing or a related field
