About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team at Dexus. As a key member of our Leasing Team, you will play a critical role in the execution of leasing services across our New South Wales office portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practice leasing processes to ensure efficient and effective management of leasing transactions.
  • Collaborate with Asset and Property Management teams to develop and implement leasing and marketing strategies.
  • Assist in negotiating and executing new leases and renewals.
  • Monitor leasing activity to meet or exceed financial benchmarks.
  • Provide expert advice on leasing risks and support strategy implementation.
  • Use market intelligence to inform leasing decisions and communicate key findings.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, tenant representatives, and leasing agents.
  • Provide insights on capital transactions, developments, and research.
  • Consider financial impact and AFFO in leasing decisions.
  • Complete internal leasing referrals efficiently and contribute to team success.
  • Engage in canvassing, tenant targeting, and networking.
  • Provide input on budgets, business plans, and leasing strategies.
About You

We are looking for a commercial, driven, and efficient Leasing Manager with a strong understanding of office leasing and tenant advisory. You will have a tertiary qualification in a property, business, finance, or commerce discipline and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant role. You will be able to execute complex leasing transactions and negotiations, and have a strong industry network with high credibility with agencies and tenant representatives.
