Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential threats.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a secure environment and respond to incidents promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current NSW Security Licence
- Prior experience in similar roles, preferably in high-pressure situations.
- Valid First Aid certificate and physical fitness.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and integrity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain alert during long shifts.
