Our marketing team drives growth for some of the world's most loved and trusted home brands through distinctive communications throughout the consumer funnel. We lead on brand strategy, guardianship, and innovation pipeline in close partnership with R&D, while delivering regional goals in partnership with Sales teams.

About the role

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you'll nurture our brands with creativity and strategic insight. You'll collaborate on exciting brand journeys, turn insights into action, and deliver memorable marketing campaigns.

  • Contribute to developing the vision and strategy for our brands, elevating our market presence and profitability.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance product pipelines and fund innovative launches, executing with precision and creativity.
  • Manage and coordinate daily brand operations, ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to carry out strategies for advertising, packaging, and promotions while keeping an eye on operational efficiency.
  • Handle marketing budgets, monitoring spending to ensure optimal return on investment and brand growth.

We're seeking a dynamic marketer with:

  • Agile digital marketing acumen, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach, comfortable with both autonomy and collaboration.
  • Robust analytical abilities to dissect market trends and brand performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication talents.
  • Experience in FMCG or Consumer Health and a proven track record in Brand Management.
