As a seasoned Marketing Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the success of our marketing and communication initiatives.

Job Description

This role is accountable for delivering strategically conceived and integrated marketing and communication campaigns that engage both internal and external audiences. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to develop accurate marketing briefs, define budgets and deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality campaign materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for assigned portfolios, championing their needs and developing cohesive strategies that align with our overarching strategic calendar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative and innovative ideas, deliver solutions, and present them effectively to internal and external audiences.
  • Develop and implement savvy channel planning strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels to achieve market-shifting results.
  • Manage multiple agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns that drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy development, campaign management, and creative execution within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully present creative ideas and deliver solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Substantial experience in managing complex matrixed organizations, with a strong understanding of brand, marketing, media, and internal communication principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
