Role Summary

This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to support the Confectionery team in driving business growth. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will be involved in every aspect of brand management.

  • Brand Development: Assist in developing and executing comprehensive 1-2 year brand plans that align with overall business goals.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Lead the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly brand and category performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commercial Planning & Support: Contribute to the success of chocolate brands across all channels and customers by supporting the Senior Brand Manager in commercial planning, execution, and reporting.
  • New Product Development: Support the development of new products by coordinating the preparation and presentation of gate documents for the chocolate portfolio.
