Job Overview
Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role works closely with all functions in the Finance Team. Key internal relationships include Offshore Financial Shared Services, Accounts Assistants, Accounts Payable Officer, Finance Manager, and Finance Director. The primary responsibilities of this role include assisting the Offshore team with following up on outstanding items and queries, assisting with Bank and Travel Account Ledger Reconciliations, assisting with Accounts Payable and processing payments including expense claims, supporting other areas of the business with finance-related queries, identifying and facilitating continuous improvement opportunities for both the onshore and offshore teams, working with the Finance Team to ensure SOPs are complete for all tasks, and supporting the finance team with transition to new booking system.

Key Competencies:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative, prioritise work, and meet deadlines
  • Proactive in following up outstanding items
  • Minimum intermediate knowledge of Excel
