In this role you will be leading the logistics that make our travel experiences seamless and unforgettable for our customers. As a **Product Manager, **you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every detail from hotel contracts to local transfers is perfectly managed. You will be perfect for this role if you have extensive travel industry experience and a passion for logistics with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, negotiate like a pro, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Your daily responsibilities**:
Manage hotel contracts: Oversee contract deadlines, payments, and room maximization strategies
Coordinate logistics: Ensure local logistics, including transfer times and day tours, run smoothly for an optimal customer experience
Liaise with finance: Work with our finance team to meet payment terms, balance files, and finalise supplier invoicing
Optimise allocations: Load and update allocations in our system, releasing unused allocations to minimize financial burn
