We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on the company's financial performance. You will be responsible for assisting the offshore financial shared services team in following up outstanding items and queries. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in reconciling bank and travel account ledgers, processing accounts payable and payments, including expense claims, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements- At least 3 years' experience in a similar role required
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
- Strong knowledge of Excel required
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
