About the Role:

The After-Hours Support Worker is a critical part of our service, ensuring we can support our clients 24/7. This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to build rapport with our Young People, who require emotional, social, and behavioural support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Young People with emotional, social, and behavioural needs
  • Work collaboratively with case workers, residential care staff, service providers, and families
  • Complete administration tasks and work on computers during shifts

Our Offer:

  • Hourly rate based on SCHADS Award Level 3, dependent on qualification and experience
  • Night shift penalty rates

Requirements:

  • Valid and current driver's licence
  • Valid and current Workers With Children's Check
  • Valid and current NDIS Workers Screeners Check
  • Satisfactory criminal history check
  • Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and values
