Job Title: Administration Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Administration Coordinator will provide administrative support to the organization. This role is responsible for assisting staff with administrative tasks, undertaking bookkeeping duties, and managing policy documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist staff with administrative tasks such as answering telephone calls, data entry, records management, photocopying, office management, and vehicle maintenance and management.
  • Undertake bookkeeping tasks including financial data entry, journaling, reconciliations and preparation of routine financial reports.
  • Provide administrative and executive support to the CEO.
  • Manage and maintain our policy documents, including workplace health and safety policies, procedures and records.
  • Organise staff meetings and similar forums as required.

Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and practices and experience in the application of a financial management package such as RECKON.
  • Knowledge and skills in the use of computers for business purposes, including word processing, spreadsheets and email.
  • Good organisational and oral and written communication skills including an ability to organise meetings, record and write up meeting minutes, edit documents and maintain written records.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake a range of workplace administrative tasks such as travel bookings, telephone and email communications, use and maintenance of office equipment and vehicle fleet management.
