Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Data Systems Architect to lead our team in designing and implementing scalable data infrastructure.

  • Manage a team of engineers responsible for data ingestion, processing, and storage systems.
  • Design and evolve event-driven architectures for efficient data capture and processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure system impact and reliability.
  • Integrate privacy-by-design principles into tracking architecture.
  • Foster high-performing teams through coaching, feedback, and inclusive leadership.

This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to drive business outcomes and shape the future of data-driven decision-making.

About the Team

We are part of the Product Insights Enablement group within the Product Platform supergroup. Our mission is to empower product teams to build confidently with data by making behavioral data discoverable, trustworthy, and actionable.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in designing and implementing large-scale data systems.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies like AWS or GCP.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
