This role will focus on designing and leading data integration across multiple systems, ensuring robust data governance, integrity, and accessibility to support business and clinical decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead data integration and transformation initiatives across multiple systems and platforms.Design and maintain data models, pipelines, and frameworks with a strong focus on governance and integrity.Partner with stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable, and secure.Enable advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases by ensuring the right data foundations are in place.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Data Architect, Senior Data Engineer or similar senior data leadership role.Strong knowledge of data transformation, integration, governance, and integrity.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) .
Exposure to healthcare data (desirable but not mandatory).
Experience with one or more of the following:SAS (Programming language)Power BI (advantageous)Salesforce or Veeva CRM (advantageous)Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systemsWhy Join?
