Motion Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager with expertise in .NET technologies to oversee the successful delivery of end-to-end software projects. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding technical initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring projects remain on track and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Tech Leads to ensure timely project delivery, aligned with business objectives.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Take ownership of the technical delivery process, managing risks, timelines, and deliverables to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance to technical teams, leveraging your .NET expertise to troubleshoot, coach, and drive solutions that meet project specifications and standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between development teams and business stakeholders, facilitating smooth communication and understanding of technical requirements and project milestones.

Requirements:

  • .NET Expertise: Proven experience and background in .NET technologies, with an ability to understand and manage .NET-focused projects.
  • Technical Leadership: Previous experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar technical leadership role, with a strong track record of successfully delivering projects from start to finish.
  • Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with diverse teams, aligning efforts across technical and project management functions.

  • A competitive daily rate of $1,050 - $1,080 + Super per day
