As a Senior .NET Software Engineer, you will be part of our Facilitators and Learners Experience team, which plays a vital role in enhancing the onboarding process for employees across the organization. Our team leads initiatives to elevate the blended learning experience, with a focus on developing features that improve the journey and engagement of learners. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful projects that transform how training is delivered throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Build and maintain web applications, APIs, and microservices using C# ASP.NET.

- Develop new features for our Inductions project while optimizing the performance and scalability of the product.

- Contribute to other features on our blended learning platform.

- Own the delivery of complex features, breaking down requirements, and estimating the effort needed for successful execution.

- Write high-quality distributed system software and promote engineering best practices.

**Requirements**

- 4+ years of relevant software development experience.

- Expertise in C# / .NET and SOLID principles.

- Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly within SaaS companies, with increasing seniority in roles.

- The ability to leverage technical expertise into leadership within an engineering team.

- Knowledge and practical experience with databases and cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
