Job Description

We are seeking a Diploma Educator to join our team at Goodstart Paralowie Yalumba Drive. As an Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our educational programs. You will ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children, prioritizing their safety and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
  • Collaborate with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to improve educational programs
  • Ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children
  • Prioritize the safety and well-being of children at all times

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check
