About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Paralowie - Byron Bay Drive. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current South Australian Working with Children Check
