Overview
This role requires a highly skilled Event Coordinator to manage the assessing workflow, provide essential support to Assessors, Repairers, and Customers, and ensure operational efficiency.
Main Tasks:
- Manage Assessments: Coordinate assessments, allocate Assessors and Repairers, and provide facilities and administrative support for operational efficiency.
- Analyse Assessment Data: Analyze data to identify insights that inform business decisions, and collaborate with leaders to report on Assessor SLA performance.
- Support Temporary Staff: Assist in event response planning, support temporary staff, and actively contribute to the overall success of claims handling during events.
- Improve Processes: Identify opportunities for process and customer experience improvements, share these insights with leadership and peers, and support ongoing learning and development.
Requirements:
- Strong Analytical Skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership Experience in customer service or similar roles.
