Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certifications in Revenue Management are advantageous.
- Additional training in Leadership, Operations, or Strategic Management will be beneficial.
- 7+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale or luxury hotels.
- Proven track record of leading strategic projects and driving measurable business growth.
- Full working rights in Australia.
