Communications Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to drive our communications and marketing strategy within the Australian union movement.

This role will involve developing and implementing a comprehensive approach to engagement and outreach, leveraging various digital platforms to promote educational courses and events that make a difference.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strategic plans for effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Designing and implementing engaging content across multiple channels
  • Collaborating with the Digital Communications Team to create compelling visual elements and campaigns
  • Planning, writing, and editing written content aligned with our education and capacity-building objectives
  • Building relationships with key audiences through targeted research and analysis
