About the Role

Mondrian Gold Coast is an immersive precinct that reflects the culture of one of Australia's most iconic coastal destinations. We're seeking creative and innovative chefs who challenge the status quo and are ready to be agents of change in our kitchens.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a senior role leading a commercial or restaurant kitchen, with a strong working knowledge of HACCP and food handling requirements. Previous exposure to high volume restaurants or event spaces is also highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a commercial or restaurant kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes to our guests
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and concepts to drive business growth
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior role leading a commercial or restaurant kitchen

  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays
