Lead SMSF Team for a Dynamic Organization

About the Opportunity:

Seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our SMSF team in managing client accounts. As the central contact for SMSF matters, you will coordinate daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and work closely with financial planning partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to enhance the overall performance of SMSF clients
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing actionable insights and guidance
  • Manage administrative tasks, including contributions, investments, and pension payments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Stay informed on industry trends, legislation changes, and contribute innovative ideas

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in accounting and taxation, preferably with a focus on SMSFs
  • Proven expertise in relevant SMSF legislation and ATO guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated technical skills in line with SIS legislation
  • Professional certification such as CPA or IPA SMSF Specialist accreditation
