We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Lead to drive growth and expansion in our key industry verticals. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing business strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve new business revenue and exceed sales targets by leading and closing sales opportunities across new logos and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and services, as well as customer needs and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the Relationship Management team to ensure successful client retention and reinforce strong partnerships.
  • Oversee a dynamic cross-functional team to develop and maintain an Industry Vertical plan, positioning us as a frontrunner in the market.
  • Forecast and report revenue from won opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets in high-velocity sales environments.
  • Full-cycle sales executive with a proven ability to engage senior executives and drive sales engagement.
  • Training qualification or certification in a standard sales methodology, such as Korn Ferry Strategic Selling with Perspective, MEDDIC, or SPIN Selling.
  • Accredited training in business and proposal writing, such as Shipley.
  • Strong ownership of targets, following sales disciplines in planning and strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hunter mentality and approach to sales.
  • Smart, humble, driven, and a team player.
