Job Description

As a Home Care Worker, your role will involve providing personal care and support to clients, as well as assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A reliable and suitable vehicle for transporting clients
  • A valid driver's license

In addition, you will need to hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support or a Certificate IV in Disability, or completion of 2nd year Bachelor of Nursing.
