We are seeking skilled nursing professionals to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
The Role- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Make referrals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain the highest standards of care
Caregivers will also have the opportunity to observe, record and report changes in patient conditions.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse. You should hold a valid State Drivers Licence and have relevant experience in acute nursing or speciality.
Registered Nurses should have minimum three years post graduate experience.
We Offer- A competitive salary: $79,535 to $100,984 plus 12% Superannuation (RN)
- $63,087 to $75,324 plus 12% Superannuation (EN)
- Casual rate: RN $50.15 to $63.68 (inclusive of 25% loading) plus 12% Superannuation
- Casual rate: EN $39.78 to $47.50 (inclusive of 25% loading) plus 12% Superannuation
- Permanent and casual positions available
- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits
