Customer Experience Specialist
">About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Customer Authentication team. As a key member of our global security authority, you will be responsible for conducting due diligence on customers applying for digital certificates.
This is a critical role that requires strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently. You will work closely with customers via chat, email, and phone to resolve their queries and issues.
Your expertise will be required to assist customers in ensuring their applications meet our security requirements, finding solutions when problems arise, and seeking assistance from management and senior team members when needed.
You will need to review applications for digital certificates and decide if an applicant is eligible to receive the certificate by evaluating information on the organization. This includes determining if customer's company is a legitimate legal business entity, has the legal right to use the internet domain name listed on the certificate signing request, and verify that a customer's named contacts are employed at customer's company and/or have the legal right to request and/or administer the digital certificate.
- Key Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing documentation and customer information with due care and diligence to ensure our security requirements are met.
- Working closely with customers to resolve their queries and issues.
- Providing expert advice to customers to ensure their applications meet our security requirements.
- Flagging suspicious applications with management.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent attention to detail, be able to multitask, and have strong PC skills with fast typing speed. A diploma or bachelor's degree is desirable but not required. Previous experience in a policy / compliance role, especially in banking, finance, or fraud, would be advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to perform under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities are also necessary.
Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
