About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Policy and Industry Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our strategic voice across the sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS: Develop and maintain trusted relationships with peak industry bodies to coordinate and communicate our stance on major policy issues.
  • ENGAGE EXPERTS: Work closely with internal subject matter experts to develop high-quality submissions to government and regulators.
  • REPRESENT OUR ORGANIZATION: Represent us in industry working groups and capture outcomes to inform strategic alignment.
  • TRACK POLICY DEVELOPMENTS: Monitor emerging legislative changes and translate them into actionable insights.
  • PARTNER WITH CHANGE LEADS: Collaborate with regulatory change leads to support internal readiness and cross-functional understanding.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years' experience in public policy, corporate affairs, or related roles—ideally within superannuation, financial services, or government.
