We are seeking a consultant to provide leadership and coordination for the development of a governance structure and service model for a women's refuge. This project aims to transfer ownership and management to a First Nations run organization.

The consultant will work closely with First Nations women with lived experience of FDV, as well as consult with Aboriginal Elders and leaders in the community. They will have a demonstrated track record of completing similar projects and possess a deep understanding of trauma-informed and culturally secure principles and practices.

This is a fixed-term 3-year position, funded for 16 hours per week. The successful applicant will be required to meet specific criteria, including having a sound knowledge of organizational governance structures and service model design processes.
