Administrative Professional for Law Firms

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team of legal secretaries in prominent law firms in the Adelaide CBD.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and court hearings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Draft and edit legal documents and reports with precision.
- Maintain client files and case documents in an organized manner.
- Conduct thorough research and compile pertinent information for cases.
- Facilitate effective communication among attorneys, clients, and external parties.
- Prioritize urgent matters in incoming calls and correspondence.
- Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times.
- Manage billing processes, including handling specific client requirements.
- Coordinate Partners' appointments, meeting preparations, and travel arrangements.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals.
To be eligible, you should have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Administrative Professional. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Legal software is essential, along with excellent communication skills, a desire to learn, and a positive, proactive attitude.
