Administrative Professional for a Dynamic Law Firm

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to join our team in the Adelaide CBD.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity to work with multiple prominent law firms in the area, providing administrative support to legal professionals.
- Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and court hearings with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Draft legal documents and reports, prioritizing urgent matters in incoming calls and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain client files and case documents in a secure and orderly manner.
- Conduct research and compile relevant information for cases, facilitating communication among attorneys, clients, and external parties.
About You:
To be eligible, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative professional in a similar field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Legal software, a minimum typing speed of 65 wpm with accuracy, excellent communication skills, a desire to learn, and a positive attitude are essential.
