About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support our clients and grow our private credit offering in the ASPAC region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies that drive growth and success.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in turnaround and restructuring, M&A, corporate finance, debt advisory, private credit, transaction services, consulting, or investment banking firms. They will also possess excellent problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and execution of strategies to grow our private credit offering in the ASPAC region
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Assist in the preparation of research materials, proposals, and credential documents
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

  • A strong background in turnaround and restructuring, M&A, corporate finance, debt advisory, private credit, transaction services, consulting, or investment banking firms
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, negotiation skills, and resilience
  • Experience conducting market research and analysis
  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the role and ideally a post-graduate qualification
