Underground Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Underground Production Supervisor to join our mining team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising mining operators to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing effective leadership and guidance to the team
- Supporting and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential
- Identifying and implementing improvements to systems and methods
- Liaising with other departments to achieve project goals
Requirements:
- Western Australian Underground Supervisors Certificate of Competency
- Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a gold mining environment
- Experience in rapid lateral development, production, and haulage
- Demonstrated planning and forecasting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mining software
