Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Category Manager to join our team, responsible for sourcing and managing category performance across the organization.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute category strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure best possible terms and pricing.
  • Manage commercial and operational risks associated with category performance.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with key partners to ensure seamless delivery of category objectives.
  • Support cross-functional teams in driving business outcomes.

Your Background

  • Prior experience in complex environments managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong background in procurement, sourcing or category management.
  • Advanced negotiation and commercial awareness skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in category management, procurement or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through category optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
