**Job Summary:**

  • Our team is looking for Care Aides to deliver exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes.

About the Role:

As a Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting, etc. and other support such as medication assistance, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community. You will follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Provide personal care tasks such as showering, grooming, toileting, etc.
  • Assist with medication, meal preparation, domestic assistance/general housekeeping tasks and social support in the community
  • Follow a predetermined schedule, travelling from home to home

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, HACC, Disability (highly desirable)
  • Minimum 3 months relevant care worker experience (for those with a relevant Certificate)
  • Valid Drivers' License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
